Booking services confirms agreement with the full terms below.

1. Agreement Overview

By booking services with Friday Productions, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement establishes expectations, protects both parties, and ensures a smooth production experience.

Friday Productions agrees to provide media production services as discussed prior to booking, including but not limited to video production, photography, editing, and creative content services.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

The Client acknowledges that the services, deliverables, and project details discussed prior to booking define the scope of the project.

Deliverables, shoot details, and production expectations will be confirmed through written communication before the scheduled project date.

Any services, content, revisions, or production requests outside of the agreed project scope may require additional fees and scheduling adjustments.

3. Booking Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure any production date.

The deposit:

• Reserves production time
• Confirms the Client’s booking
• Prevents other bookings from being accepted on the reserved date

Remaining balances will be due according to the payment terms discussed before the project begins. Friday Productions reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until payment is completed.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

If the Client cancels or fails to attend the scheduled shoot, the deposit will be retained by Friday Productions.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled production time. Friday Productions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled production time may require a new deposit.

Failure to attend the scheduled production without notice will be considered a no-show and the booking will be cancelled.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Production time begins at the scheduled start time agreed upon by both parties.

If the Client arrives late or is unprepared at the scheduled time, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Additional time may be available at an additional hourly rate if scheduling allows.

6. Creative Direction & Production Control

Friday Productions maintains creative control over filming techniques, editing style, production methods, and final deliverables while working within the vision and goals discussed with the Client.

Friday Productions strives to match brand identity, references, and creative direction provided by the Client but does not guarantee replication of specific styles or third-party work.

7. Revision Policy

All projects include two (2) revision rounds.

Revisions are defined as reasonable adjustments to the existing edit or deliverable. Requests for additional revisions beyond two rounds, or requests that significantly alter the original project direction, may require additional fees.

8. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Turnaround times vary depending on project scope, complexity, and deliverable requirements.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after production is completed. Delivery timelines begin once filming is complete and all required assets, feedback, and materials have been received from the Client.

Final deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Rush Delivery Fee

Rush delivery may be available for projects requiring completion faster than the standard turnaround time.

Rush delivery availability is based on production schedule and workload. If approved, rush services will require an additional fee that will be discussed and agreed upon prior to editing or delivery.

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project details prior to booking
• Ensure access to locations, talent, props, and required permissions unless otherwise discussed
• Provide feedback and revision requests in a timely manner
• Be prepared and ready at scheduled production times

Delays caused by missing materials, incomplete preparation, or lack of communication may result in timeline adjustments.

11. Social Media & Usage Rights

Friday Productions retains the right to use produced content for portfolio, promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to production.

The Client is granted rights to use final deliverables for promotional, marketing, social media, or personal use unless otherwise stated in writing.

The Client agrees not to alter, heavily modify, or re-edit final deliverables without written permission from Friday Productions.

12. Force Majeure

Friday Productions is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Illness or emergencies
• Equipment failure
• Government restrictions
• Venue or location issues

In these situations, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to reschedule the project.

13. Limitation of Liability

Friday Productions is not responsible for compromised deliverables caused by factors outside its control, including location restrictions, lighting conditions, weather, or client-provided materials.

14. Agreement Confirmation

By checking the box on the booking forum, the Client confirms:

• They have read and understand this agreement
• They agree to all booking, payment, and cancellation policies
• They acknowledge the agreed project scope and expectations
